Joint venture

A contractual agreement joining together two or more parties for the purpose of executing a particular business undertaking. All parties agree to share in the profits and losses of the enterprise.
C corporation
A business which is a completely separate entity from its owners, unlike a partnership.

S corporation
A form of corporation, allowed by the IRS for most companies with 75 or fewer shareholders, which enables the company to enjoy the benefits of incorporation but be taxed as if it were a partnership. also called Subchapter S Corporation.

    Your blog includes most of the information required. Good job. There are a couple of suggestions:
    1. Revise the definition of "article"
    2. Finish the sentences of C corporation and S corporation

    Please do it by the end of Thursday. I'll check it after that.
